Stupid policy for family planning.

I am very unhappy with the service i receive everytime i go to dischem clinic for my family planning pills. the sister point blank refused to give me pills because i did not remember the first day of my last period. also how does she expect me to remember when she put so much pressure on me and basically spoke to me as a child. i told her that I am not pregnant, and i have been taking my pills regularly. she still refused to assist. so now my question to this stupid policy is, if I come to you lying about my so called pregnancy what is it to you if i am pregnant and lose that baby...I told her repeatedly, I do not keep a record of when i go on my period it is the least important thing to me. also why not make the patient then sign something like a disclaimer that due to the patient forgetting first date of period, whatever should transpire thereafter dischem will not be held liable...because surely it is non of their business. I was mad as hell, because should I live with a man, and i have to now wait for my next period to get my pills, this resting phase could then result in a pregnancy. totally foolish if you ask me. I am MAD AS HELL
