Store collection fail

Been to the store twice already to collect my online order, they still don’t have it. Been wasting my time and petrol to collect my order which has not even been picked yet, however, got a call telling me my order was ready for collection.

The whole point of shopping online was for convenience, could have just done my shopping at the store and not online if o knew this would happen.
