Stinking Customer service

I had such a bad experience at Dis-chem Canal Walk branch with straatmate staff member called Laaiqah Pedro.. I was standing in a queue at returns counter waiting for the one available teller to finish, while waiting this Laaiqah opens her till and calls someone who came after me.. I move forward and tell her I'm in the Queue, trying to indicate I'm here before the customer she is serving, her response was the queue is over there, pointing to the tellers for paying.. I keep quiet and move back and wait for the cashier to finish. It was my turn.. I explain what happened to the cashier helping me and then I asked her for a supervisor to report this Laaiqah, the cashier tells me she is the supervisor, to my shock, then I asked her for the manager.. When Laaiqah was done with her customer, why she serves someone behind me, she gets rude and says I said "where is the queue?" she back chats with me and tells me she is not gonna apologize to me, a customer is not always right, I'm wrong. I waited a while for the manager to come through, my cashier asked another lady sitting at a desk to do a call for the manager, the lady does so. While I'm waiting this Laaiqah goes to the lady sitting at a desk to gossip about the incident, I could hear she was speaking in Afrikaans not aware I know the language, I chip and tell her I can hear her and I do understand Afrikaans. She turns back and says what is wrong with me. Finally manager comes, forgot to take his name, he asks how he can help, I explain, this Laaiqah back chats and adds a stinking attitude on top ad if we she is in a street fight.. The manager apologizes for the experience, the straatmate continues with her back chat but now with the manager.. My tone is down avoiding to cause a scene but this so called supervisor is out of control.. Manager apologizes again promises me she will deal with her in the office , my words to him were I wonder if you will be able to with that attitude..

If this is the calibre of front line staff that Dis-chem is taking.. It's a total turn off to the store.. This experience has blacklisted all the Dis-chem stores for me.. A senior staff who is extremely rude, with a bad and stinking attitude who back chats to customers .. Wow!
