Stinking Attitude!

I called in dischem and told them hat I thought maybe the lady at the till had not put 1 of the items I had bought in the plastic bag as the item was not in my plastic bag when I arrived home. They said they would check with the control room and let me know: they called me back and told me that all items had been put in the bag and that nothing was missing. They said I could speak to control room and ask them. I spoke to control room and spoke to Moses who was very rude - I am telling him that the line is bad and could not hear him clearly and he said it was bad too on his side. As we continue speaking he tells me that I am not listening to him. I then ask him why he speaks to customers in such a rude way. And no apology.
