Still waiting on baby bag

Last year when I wanted to apply for the baby bag nobody wanted to help me at this branch in Vanderbijlpark. So I complained on Hello Peter. Eventually a lady got hold of me from the vereeniging branch and told me that they out of those baby dischem cards. And as soon as they get they will get back to me which they never did. So in Janauary I went back to the branch in vanderbijlpark this time they helped me. I filled in a form and I don't know my I.D nmr out of my head so the lady said I can fill in the form and when I come collect the bag I can bring my I.D book. I also gave the lady my slip as she said she will put my points on for me. And still today I am still waiting on my baby bag. And not heard anything. I am really dissapointed with the service. Can someone let me know what's going on please.
