Still waiting for Vitality Cash back on Humidifier

I purchased a Humidifier in April and used my vitality rewards card.

I was told that it could take up to a month to receive my cash back.

It is now July and I have still not received anything? I have been in store a few times and no one can assist me.

How can Dischem advertise humidifiers as a Vitality Item when it isn't captured on your system for Vitality?

If this isn't sorted out, I will be doing all my shopping at Clicks from now on.
