Still waiting for service or call that we payed for since 2020 but haven

On the 07/01/2020 10:27 my wife have a papsmear service at Dis-chem Kalahari mall in upington and have payed for it R170. We have never got the results of the papsmear since last year the few time we did went there we where told that they are busy with the test and we must come back later. Each time i have to drive with patrol for nothing . So I like to know what is the use we payed for something that we never got. The invoice number is CI-***.
