Still waiting...

Ordered and paid for goods last Friday- 24 Nov, Order #201150, on the same day received an sms saying it is being fulfilled and is in the hands of the courier. The following Wednesday I phoned the Dischem Online Purchases department who assured me it would be delivered after 3 on the same day( Wednesday). Guess what? Didn't happen. Phoned again at 18:00 on Wednesday to hear that the online team had left work already. Well done for not doing what you said you would do.

It is now Thursday, 30 November, in the following week and I still haven't received the goods which have been with the courier, apparently, since the previous Friday. How many more times must I follow up with you guys to do your job? How many more times are you going to give me empty promises of delivery and excuses of why it hasn't been delivered despite apparently be ready on the date of purchase, now 6 days ago?

Rather go into the stores because at this rate a Black Friday purchase is going to be received at Christmas if at all. I will not use your delivery services again as there is no convenience in dealing with you if I need to follow up with you on delivery almost a week after the delivery was meant to take place and despite your assurances of delivery taking place that I have STILL not received anything.
