STILL AWAITING ONLINE ORDERT

Very disappointed! I have made 2 separate online orders. I received one order in 2 separate boxes. I have not yet received my second order (also ordered 2x items). I have been in contact with Dischem since last week. I was guaranteed that I will be contacted on Monday 20 April 2020. No contact was made, so I had to phone. They transferred me to numerous people. I ended up speaking with Pontsho, who guaranteed that I will be contacted by yesterday (21 April 2020) before close of business.

I was so nice, that I actually emailed them via their online portal to advise that I will escalate the matter to Hello Peter yesterday if no feedback was received by COB. To date, no feedback has been received, after numerous phone calls and emails.

CONTACT ME URGENTLY TO RESOLVE THE MATTER PLEASE. I NEED MY ORDERS URGENTLY. THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
