Stick to Clicks, Dischem is a **** when it comes to Online orders!

I placed an order for delivery with Dischem online on the 22nd of August. Two days later I receive communication stating that the order is scheduled for collection. 3 days later I receive an SMS saying the order has been delivered. I call in to find out where it was delivered cause it was clearly not to me, the last says sorry it has not been delivered according to her. A day later I get a call from Dischem saying that the courier was hijacked and they apologize they will be sending another one. Three days later I call in to find out what happened since the order they ‘sent out’ the lady on the phone Eunice says ‘there’s an item missing so we waiting for stock which will come on Monday’ I tell her there’s no way cause you guys said the order has been sent out?! The lady then says can I call you back and I have been waiting…I do not know why Clicks did not have the items on stock cause they never disappoint
