*****ing money via discovery loyalty points

They took my loyalty points , R150, and are completely unable to return it to me. No excuses given. I've called their care line, sent e-mails, contacted them via facebook, even went to a physical store. Everyone promises they will look at it. But they don't. They have ****** R150.
