Appointment was booked for 10am for vitality screening, reception counter left unattended for long time, staff walk past and offer no assistance. Eventually got in to do the screening at 10.10am, then vitamin tabs were marked at R79.95 on the shelf, took cashier to show her, Celest Bresler came to the till and said its a staff error, as the 30 tabs and 60 tabs look alike they packed in the wrong place, she refused to honour the price. This is pathetic I am a loyal customer with over R2000 loyalty points with you.
