Staff Swearing clients whilst on the line

I called in today at 11:00 to request help with a script that I gave in originally at Dischem Raslouw.

The lady couldnt understand what I was asking, didn't realize I was Afrikaans speaking, She called over the pharmacist, and swore to her about me.

I have previously experienced bad service from Dischem. But this was way out of line. I have previously dealt with the same lady that answered the call. And I do not believe that much disrespectful people should work with any clients.
