Staff schudules & training

Dischem Van Riebeeck Park, I can't understand how you work. Having worked retail myself let me give you some advise. If you have a small shop & we're trying to squeeze as much product in as possible thanks much appreciated, but then pack your shelves at a time when you don't have customers. You have the staff so work better shifts, if you need help I'm willing to come in and advise? If you can't get that right LOOK AT WHERE YOU ARE PACKING. Stop putting 2 staff members in the same isle in the same section! This makes absolutely NO SENSE. Your customers are having to say excuse me all the time as your staff don't even care or look what's happening. Boxes are left half full sitting on the floors in the isle. This really isn't hard to coordinate. Again if you need help with training or organizing staff shifts please let me know, I'm not that expensive & no that's not my business. But you don't give out medicine for free & I can assure you that your branch will run more smoothly.
