Staff not willing to help customers

I went to Dischem Strubensvalley on Friday, and asked the lady behind the OTC counter a question. Her answer was just a plain 'I don't know'. She did not at all look interested in helping me. She said that she would ask someone else. Then I told her eventually that I would go and ask someone else. Then she went to the clinic sister and asked her what I had asked. This lady's attitude was really not good at all! I worked for Dischem for 6 years, and I know that senior management will not be happy with this type of behavior from their staff. Unfortunately I did not take the lady's name. When I paid at the till, I asked the cashier if she could put in my card number, as I did not have my card with me. She gladly assisted me. However, when I went to Dischem Westgate, the lady at the cashier gave me such attitude when I asked her the same question. She first told me that she could not do that. And when I got upset, and told her to just leave it, she could all of a sudden do it again! I am not used to getting such poor service from any Dischem, let alone 2 in 2 days!
