*********** staff! Incorrect medication issued!

On Monday 26 October 2026 I visited this pharmacy to collect my script as I needed a new dosage. I was given the incorrect dosage and paid R4301! Only once I got to my office to place the medication in the fridge do I notice the incorrect dosage and returned it during my lunch hour. I was given the correct dosage and had to pay the correct amount of R3059 and was told the first payment of R4031 will be refunded and will take 24-48hrs to be refunded. Its now four days later and still no refund! I made contact with the branch and was told I was informed incorrectly and that the refund will take 3-7 days!!!

Why am I being inconvenienced due to your lack of competence??? I am now under financial stress because first you gave me the incorrect dosage resulting in the incorrect payment and than providing inaccurate refund information. I want my refund prioritzed!! R4301 in this economy is not pennies!!!😡
