Staff in cosmetic department are clueless

I went into the Midlands Mall branch in Pietermaritzburg to get a foundation. I chose the Rimmel London Lasting finish foundation and an employee in the cosmetic section asked if I needed help to match my colour. The lady matched my colour on one spot on my face and insisted I take that colour and not another one. I, trusting that an employee working in that department would at least know what she's doing, bought the foundation colour as I did not know how to match the colour myself. I now have a full bottle that I have only used once and cannot return as the colour is too dark for me when I put it on my entire face. What a waste of money and an embarrassment as I bought it to wear to a party. I will never buy beauty products from here again.
