Staff Doesn't Now What Qualifes for Baby Bag

The Baby Bag

I was buying my Prego Mega Plus vitamins at Dischem as they had a special for 2months worth of vitamins. When I got to the till the lady advised me of the free baby bag and that I would qualify for after spending R1000 at Dischem and these vitamins were included. This was at Deinfern Square(Fourways)

I then continued buying my vitamins at Dischem monthly even though there were specials at Clicks or other shops as I was accumulating my R1000 for the bag.

Fast Forward I'm now at R1000 and go to Dischem at Centurion Mall to claim my bag and they tell me I haven't spent anything the vitamins don't count. I was shocked as that's not what I was told and I had now missed out on savings prior to that for vitamins

I then went to Kolonnade Retail Dischem Baby City just to check again. The lady said " oh vitamins do count, let me go to the back to check your points". She comes back and then apologies and says no the vitamins don't count.

Now my thing is why do some of your staff not know what counts for this bag?

Anyway today I spent R1300 at Dischem Baby City, I had anyway always planned to shop there but I would have waited and not bought my vitamins

Now will I get my bag? With the inconvenience of this back and forth can you please speed up my Dischem bag and just an apology please for your staff for not telling me the right thing
