I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received at dis-chem Pavilion, from the supervisor to the manager!!! I bought airtime yesterday for my little brother and it said it was already used, he called Vodacom and they also confirmed the airtime has been used so I went back there this morning and the supervisor said there’s nothing they can do because they don’t sell used airtime and I was suppose to recharge the airtime in store which makes no sense so we go on back and forth and I ask her multiple times so what’s going to happen and she says there’s nothing she can do eventually she speaks to her manager and he says they’ll have to call the call Center first to confirm, they call and find out that the airtime was used days ago and it’s 14:23 now and they’re still waiting for the head office to get back to them, so I’m supposed to wait all this time which makes no sense because they have seen that it’s a mistake from they side, I really don’t understand if this is the first time they’ve experienced this or they just *********** and lack training.
