My encounter at Dis-Chem Tshwane Mall was horrible. I went to the store specifically to purchase two Dove Lotions because they were on promotion( Buy any two Dove Lotions 400ml and get a FREE 250ml body wash), and this was also displayed on the isle. The woman(Masiela)at the counter was unaware of the on going promotion when I arrived at the pay point, so she wasted 10 to 15 minutes of my time trying to figure out what was going on. She then called Collins, who told me “I’m sorry but we’re out of stock of the body wash and there’s nothing that we can do. You can leave the items and come back when we get stock” I then asked him what must I then do as I had already wasted my precious time and fuel only to be told there is nothing he can do to assist me, he didn’t even try to make any effort to see if he can get one from another branch, he just couldn’t wait to dismiss me. Also HOW the hell do you run a promotion with no stock of free gifts??? And WHY wasn’t there an APOLOGY NOTE on the advert in the isle to inform customers ???? Is this how Dis-Chem handle their clients?????? The staff is pathetically ***********!!!😡😡😡
