Special With No Stock

I was in your store today and came across the Adidas special ( 2+1 = cheapest ). I saw the shower gel and body spray on the shelve. When asked about the roll on, the merchandiser (with no name badge on) says to me he never saw the roll on before in the store. I asked him so what happens in this case that there is no roll on and the feedback I received was: You can either take the shower gel or body spray and pay the normal price. My problem is : according to the merchandiser your store never had the roll on. You are having a special on something your store does not stock?
