I want to thank Lerato Mboyane from Customer Care to go the extra mile on a Sunday to help resolve a problem I had with my vaccination booking. Also to Anene Ciliers from Bayside Dis-Chem and Ernst van Rensburg and someone whose name I unfortunately didn't get who phoned me on Tuesday to ensure that the matter has been revolved.
