Speaker box

Sometime in November or December 2017. I bought 3x Axe deodorants that comes with speaker box. I was promised that I will be called back to come fetch the speakker box as they didnt have in store but will be coming from the warehouse. Ever since then I never received any call from Dischem Dainfern.I then walked in to find out why wasnt I contacted. And no one had answers. I was tjen told to fill in my details and they will get back to me. Knowing them.. they didnt even bother. I then started to call them from March and was told that the manager will call me back invwhich he didnt. I called last week again to find out the feedback and why I wasnt contacted. The lady said she doesnt know but promised me that she will make sure that the Manager calls me back as he or she was on a meeting. What a bad way to treat your customers.

I am posting this now here to see if they will bother to contact me or not.

Either way.. its a Pathetic Service I received from Dainfern Dischem.
