S/O to Dis-Chem at Rosebank Mall

Just wanted to thank Dis-Chem at Rosebank Mall for their excellent customer service. I went there yesterday with my mom to purchase stuff and about 15 minutes later in another store i suddenly couldn't find my purse. All i could remember was that i last held it in Dis-chem. So, i went back and explained my situation. You could see how the lady i spoke to really felt sorry for me. She called another lady and asked to have the camera checked to see what happened but then i got a call from my mom to say she found the purse in one of the shopping bags. I'm just really humbled by her willingness to help. Thank you so much.
