Slowest pharmacy ever - 3 times in a row. Very consistent 👏👏👏

Ridgeview Dischem - a beautiful new store ideally located. What a shame that they have the slowest pharmacy dispensary I’ve ever had the misfortune to queue for. I am not exaggerating- in the 3 times I’ve been there, it has been consistently sluggish. I put 30 minutes out (including buffer time) for queuing, even when there is no queue - expect a 40 minute waiting time, as the staff are too busy with their stock and admin and chattering to bother helping a client.

As the one pharmacist saw that I’m getting rushed (pending a meeting I needed to get to) he took the opportunity to teach me a lesson and took even longer to process my script. A heart felt “well done” to that legend.
