SLOW SERVICE! No updates, VERY disappointing

Dis-Chem advertise a very awesome product to MUMS TO BE - where they offer you a free baby bag when you spend R700 and more after you registration

about 4 months ago i registered - i spend more then a 900 a month every month at their store. They send you the bag when you reach 28 weeks WITH NO UPDATE on the status of the bag. i received a message from them this morning in my 31st week saying bag is ready YOU CAN COME FETCH - 3 hrs later ANOTHER message saying SORRY YOUR BAG ISNT READY we have delays - you call the call center and you hold for hours with no answer and hen u call the store - DISCHEM CHATSWORTH and you get rude people answering the phone and are very blunt with you. VERY disappointed in the service - why offer it when you cant even deliver !!!
