Slow service

I visited Dischem at Thavhani Mall. They opened on 26 November 2020. Their pharmacy is slow as compared to other dischem I have visited. The codes are known by one person, so the lady assisting me kept asking for the pharmacist in charge to come and help her. In addition to this, I asked her why she does not have a name tag and she said it was because they recently opened.

If this becomes the modus operandi, it will not give us the service we know from other dischem pharmacies.
