Sisters keep their cool...

<p>I made an appointment for my daughter's 9month vaccination. When i arrived the sisters were busy with patients, and had a long queue of walk-ins waiting. Sister Marion made sure that I was seen to promptly, and very kindly explained to the customers waiting why i had to be seen to before them. We were dealt with promptly, and with the care and concern that we expect. I was very impressed with how the sisters manage to keep the standard of care high, while working under such pressure. I get the sense that they have genuine concern for each and every person they see. </p>
