Silent on Ebucks issue and letting FNB take the b l a m e

<p>It turns out that the fact the my (and I'm sure thousands of other clients') Ebucks points are not increasing when one buys at Dischem is a Dischem issue and most definitely NOT an FNB issue. Very shocking that Dischem has kept quiet about this and your tellers are silent too and do not advise your clients at the till point which they could do in the very same breath as when they ask for the Ebucks card/Dischem card. Surely??? And this has been ongoing since September 2016. Dis-chem did you think or hope that none of your clients would wake up to this? Very very s h a d y practice. Just sayin</p>
