Signing when paying by card

How much longer must we sign at Dischem when paying by card if i have a chip card and they do not even check signature? Had it in Lynnwood Dischem and management says now for 2werks its being resolved... 3 weeks? Common, lets get this sorted outand save time and frustration as its useless.. nobody checking signature
