I wish I could give them no star at all.

Honestly the most disgusting service was provided. I ordered items from them on-line, of which items were missing and yet I was still billed (can anyone say THEFT???).

I sent numerous mails (mailing service doesn't even work - ***) before receiving the order cause it was already incorrect. This was the first time i order for delivery from Dis-chem, I have never been disappointed by Clicks or Pick n Pay (they actually have a customer service line that works).

My order was placed on Sunday, i waited 4 days for these essential items whereas Clicks and Pick n Pay are 3 day's. Rather support these retailers.

I am so upset especially in these TRYING times with Covid-19 and lock-down fast approaching. We are advised not to leave our houses and to use every resource available.

Dis-chem has failed. I would not recommend anyone order from their on-line store, it's a **** show. The staff are of no help, and if you would like to return you order you wait 2 - 3 working days for someone to collect and the 4 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Don't waste your time, they are not worth it.

The staff aren't even helpful, and they always drop the line, I got through on my 6th attempt (not even worth wasting airtime on).

I urge you, don't bother. they are not there for their customer's in these dire times and have clearly shown that that are not supportive or even care.

They just want your money, they are cold and heartless.

PATHETIC in every-way and they will be losing lot's of customer's after i put this on Instagram and Twitter.
