Short ship order with no communication and no valid reason

I'm highly disappointed in the manner in which dischem has handled my online order...

I placed an order on the 22 March 2020 and received yesterday with 4 items only.

My first frustration is that I was not advised that I would be short shipped and my second frustration is that upon inquiring with the dischem team I was advised incorrectly that it is due to the non essential stock in my order. However, 80%of the items ordered are part of the essential products list... Why am I being given the run around???

Amid this COVID-19 I thought placing my online order would be safe and convenient for me, but I find myself without the essentials products and without the proper feedback from dischem company.

Please advise me how to go about resolving this issue as the dischem team is clearly failing to be professional and honest with me...
