Short-Lived

Short lived….

I placed an order with Dischem Tuesday afternoon and to my surprised it was delivered yesterday morning. I was so surprised with the great service I received but unfortunately this was short-lived .

My parcel was short delivered. I immediately sent them a mail with my order and the slip I received to show the short delivery . I would like to know if I will be getting a refund or will the balance be delivered. This morning I send another mail seeing that I had no feedback yet. I though let’s call them. I held on the line for over 15min without answer.

Should have thought the service was too good to be true.

Please contact me regarding my order #720434 and please don’t send me a standard mail back “we will investigate” and it take 2days to get back to me.

People are getting fed up with the **** service all these companies are giving .

If you cant offer a service rather stop doing it
