Shocking treatment from manager at Dischem Glenfair Pretoria

During my visit to Dischem Glenfair a week ago, I raised a concern with two staff members without masks who got very close to me at the entrance in order to spray sanitizer on my hands.It was still the case when I visited today. The same ladies at the entrance referred me to Stefan, the manager. He told me that Dischem staff members did not need to wear masks, except for one or two at his Glenfair branch who were coughing. I recorded his answer, but he threatened to have me removed from the store. He said it was ******* to record him, and refused to give me his surname. He then called someone and told the person that I was hanging around in the store without buying anything (I was actually looking for a mask) and whether he could have me removed. I have raised a legitimate concern, but received a really unprofessional and shocking treatment from the Dischem manager at Glenfair, Pretoria.
