Shocking service from Dischem online

I placed an online with Dischem on 2 July 2020. Dischem notified me that they were unable to deliver one of the items, but that I would get a refund for this.

The order minus the missing item was delivered on 8 July 2020. To date, 31 July 2020, I have still not received the refund,. I have sent their so-called "Careline" two emails to query the lack of refund, with no response.

This is shocking service from Dischem. Why do I have to wait a month for a refund? They certainly don't make it pleasant buying from them. And their "Careline" is a joke - they show absolutely no care towards their clients.
