Shocking service

After ordering chronic medication online, and receiving a sms to indicate it is ready, I arrive to find nothing has been done. This has happened repeatedly over the last 6 months. I’m promised a call back from the store manager and the customer care line - to no avail. I’m collecting medicine for 2 elderly pensioners who are unable to collect their medicine. Deliveries are apparently not available?
