Appalling service, making one feel like a drug addict because you are begging for just 3 days blood pressure supply, as no notice given on the ending of my script. Yes, I am in the wrong, but I have always depended on them to remind me, no reminder, no notice, going to refill, no, it's ended, please help, just a few days to get another script, an hour of negotiating, and okay, grudgingly, we will, check on the computer, oh sorry, we have no stock. Got a new script, went to another pharmacy chain, R300 less, with super fast service, no queues, no arrogance, just compassion, that we are doing you a favor. I'm finished with Dischem. You've become too big, and don't train your incredibly arrogant staff, made to feel like I'm a ********. No more. Shop around, there are far better options out there.
