Shocking Dischem

Unfortunately Dischem bought our local pharmacy at Bryanpark which we've been going to for 20 years. This is the worst thing that has happened to our area, and I can't even go down the road to the other little pharmacy, as they've bought that one too! 9 out of 10 times when I get a delivery, it is either missing stuff, wrong, or incorrect doses! This is their industry and they can't even get the basics right, never mind how dangerous it is giving the incorrect dose of medication! I no longer know anyone at the pharmacy, there is zero personal touch or customer care. It's all just about corporate profits. It makes you want to move out of the area and find somewhere where there isn't a Dischem. They're just shocking, at service, efficiency, getting things right, just everything...
