Shocking Service. My Wife has a standing prescription that is chronic medication. Every month there is an issue with Medications. Just recently she places an order for her monthly Medications and 2 of 3 gets delivered. No calls, no assistance etc from Dischem Douglasdale. We call and they tell us it's not their issue, they out of stock and that to increase the dosage from the stock they have requires another script. How do we do that on a weekend. If you told us during the week or weeks before due to your issue of out of stock of items, when you know you have on standing orders then we can do something. But you as Dischem should know what Medications are required and do this. Staff unhelpful and this branch always has issues. Fix it.
