Shocking cashier conduct & NO Manager to be found at The Atrium, KZN Store

As an elderly person that comes in regularly to shop at the Dischem at The Atrium, it's shocking to see the level of cashier customer service plummet to a deplorable level.

As of the 25 Nov 2021 at approx 11h00, M. Zondo REFUSED to pack any of my goods into the purchased packets and then went to the extent of raiding my PURCHASED goods packets thereafter, as she believed she had not scanned items.

Whilst I'm willing to work with the policy against shrinkage, I won't humour laze, sloth and basic bad manners in treating clients. It's a simple job and by no means do I complicate it when prices are climbing without valid reason and Managers are NOWHERE to be found.

I NEED feedback herein as I believe most other clients are too burnt out to report this decline in customer service. Dischem is a brand I like and I don't want it soured by an ill-trained employee.
