Sheepskin boots

Very disappointed with Dischem. I ordered a pair of Sheepskin boots at my nearest branch which is in Shelly beach. I found the boots online at the Galleria mall branch. Now here's what I don't understand and I'm going to try my best to explain it. So even though another branch has the item, my branch can't request for it to be sent here because said item is not sold at this branch because it's a smaller branch. In order for the manager to get me the boots, she will have to order the whole consignment.

Or I can order and pay from the other branch and have it delivered. This is to me is impractical. Its a pair of shoes, its between Dischem branches. Another option is for me to travel away from my branch to an out of town branch that does have it.

I went into the Shelly beach branch on the 26 May to order. At the time I found a pair online at Galleria branch. I went in today to enquired if they had arrived. The manager explained that this is not "allowed"

In the meantime the product is now "out of stock" I'm so very frustrated. I can't understand why a product that i can't find at my local branch but that is available at another branch, cannot be sent to my branch for my convenience as a customer.
