SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nicholway, Douglasdale, Bryanpark- I spend about R60k a year at these stores. My issues are- one of them would not SWOP a pair of heat socks (for a more expensive pair) because the cardboard packaging had a tear that I had not made. I felt humiliated over a R120 pair of socks-for what! More egregious though, more than once I have had issues over my scripts, including; a date change made by the doctor ("oh it doesn't look like the correct signature" SO THAT IMPLIES I HAVE *****ULENTLY CHANGED A SCRIPT, ONE THAT IS FILLED EVERY MONTH AT THE SAME PHARMACY!), a script on another occasion that was a day late, a script that the pharmacist could not locate (a repeat), another 'missing' script eventually after much arguing, the person found under a second profile someone had made for me. And there have been other issues. I am appalled at the way I have been treated, While I am 1) 67 years old and respectable, 2) These were all repeat scripts, 3) my full 'script' history was available for them to see, 4) I do not abuse drugs, nor do I seek to take drugs unnecessarily 5) my scripts are from 1 doctor, and 1 specialist. Dischem, you really need to consider customer service! What a pity you have swallowed up all the decent pharmacies.
