Shame on you Dischem

My wife bought beauty products for quite a sizeable amount in February and as a thank you she got a gift voucher for a facial which is valid until end of June. And then the lockdown happened ...

Although the beauty salons are open and she can go for a facial, we feel it is a health risk. We have been trying to get Dischem Wonderboom Junction to allow my wife to 'convert' the voucher to a discount on her next purchase for the same value as the voucher. Apparently 'Head Office' denies this request.

I feel that Dischem is really not helping their loyal customers, although we are trying to stay loyal to them.

No matter what precautions are taken in their stores and departments, they should respect the call for social distancing and their (loyal) customers wish to reduce the risk of transfer of the COVID-19 virus.
