Service with kindness

My wife and I frequently shop at Dis-chem and our branch of choice is at Village Square, Durbanville. The pharmacists and assistants have always been helpful and knowledgable but today we felt that the service by Simon exceeded the already high standard. My wife had been experiencing adverse side effects to prescribed medication and Simon's explanation and kind words did wonders for her. The matter still has to be resolved with the medical service provider but he helped her in a very stressful situation. Sometimes explaining and communicating should go together with issuing a prescription.
