I actually wanted to add no star, why did i have to be so inconvenienced for months with regards to ordering my meds, I have had to visit the Secunda dischem for months requesting the same thing, 1. I requested to be opted out of calls and be whatsapp that i order my meds as I had done in the past to this very day it has not been happening, this morning whatsapp the store that they deliver my meds, provided an address to this moment 18h15, I have not received my meds, despite having to be on numerous calls and begging for a service between the store WhtsApp and the call centre . I have received a message that my medication is delivered. the question is where? To whom? how was it delivered when I have the OTP?Why???????????Just last month the pharmacist advised that on that particular day it was her last day made me complete and sign a form. Why all this . All my personal information has been shared with someone.
