Sent all of the personal info of another customer

I have randomly been included in an internal email thread between Dis-Chem staff. This thread contains all of the personal information of another Dis-Chem customer, including but not limited to her ID number, home and mobile telephone number and home address. This is beyond concerning and begs the question as to what is happening with my own personal details. I await your very urgent reply.
