Selling (Not for Sale) medical samples ??

I was totally shocked to see these guys selling items labeled as = FREE MEDICAL SAMPLE (NOT FOR SALE)??

The product I am referring to is BLINK [intensive] liquid gel eye drops. It is currently selling at R143.95 at DIS-CHEM Rosenak Mall.

This 'not-for-sale-labeled' product was stacked on the shelves next to the dispensary.?

Any comments? Judged by the Arabic-language labeling, these eye drops were most likely brought by illegitimate parallel importers. Free samples are meant to be offered for public sectors or for pre-identified healthcare practitioners (part of medical rep visit) and not to make fortune out of it.

Shame !!
