Security Guard Turned Make Up Artist

I would just like place on record the execellant service I received form the security officer at the DISCHEM bracken gardens store Pertunia . I went in on Friday to look for a certain make up item ,I found something simi**** and I asked her where the mirror was so I could test the product . At that time there was no staff member in the cosmetic section .(in fact,there is rarely a staff member at the cosmetic section) Pertunia quickly advised me that the product was the wrong color for me and from there on I was just amazed at her knowledge and professionlism . I purchased all the products recommended by her ..a total of 6 product totalling R722.00 She offered to do a make over for me which I declined and asked if i could rather have it on Saturday as it was my anniversay . I went in on Saturday and I was abit apprehsive -not sure what a security guard knows about makeup . She told me that she has completed a course in beauty . I allowed her to do the make up ,after her requesting permission from the manager . Wow ...I was amazed at her talent ,she did a brilliant job .I couldnt recognise my own self ..I looked 20 years younger. I believe she is wasting her talent ,I think she would prove to be a great asset to the cosmetic section of any Dischem if given the opportunity . In fact,I have been a customer of the brackenhurst dischem for the last 14 years and not once was I ever offered a makeover ,nor was I aware that the branch offered that service ,which is very disappointing and I spend a huge amount of money at Dischem . I sincerely hope that Dsichem will at least endeavour to recommend Pertunia for a position at the cosmetic section of any Dischem , I am of the opinion a person like Pertunia can only contribute postively to any store if given the opportunity ..this is what going the extra mile is about . When a securty guard decides to help a client who is battling for find the correct color!!! and also convinced a client to purchase 6 of the recommended ..a make up artist and sales person in one . COME ON DISCHEM ...PLEASE GIVE THIS LADY AN OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE HER DREAM !!!
