Second hand product and dishonest???

I was at Wonderboom branch this morning. I bought a scale when opening the box I can see it was already used, the battery cap is missing!!!! If I wanted a second hand product I would go to a pawn shop! Now I need to take time out of my busy day too sort this **** out! I feel this is dishonest from you because how the hell does a returned item end up on the shelves???
