Screaming at kids cos you not at your desk

Two months ago I saved up the stickers to obtain the fruit contain for my eight year old daughter. Which is what 30x R125 is R3750 so it’s not free right. So the lady behind the desk Jabulile told my daughter two months ago while she sat behind her desk to choose the container which my daughter did. Saturday the 30th October 2021 I went back to get the water bottle which is 19 stickers x R125 =R2375 again not free, based on the promotion I should get that. Being a child and used to the first experience my daughter picked the bottle and waited for quite some time for Jabulile to attend to us. She wasn’t at her desk for quite some time;I took pictures. Then when she does come she screams at my daughter not me that there’s a sign saying we mustn’t touch. My daughter didn’t touch everything she took what the bottle and we had the stickers to give. If she was at her desk she would know that. She asked us to do this the last time, but because I took pics she was nasty to a child. I don’t know if this is acceptable with dis-Chem but as a loyal customer, as you can see how much we’ve spent here. I hope that she can please have training on ethical conduct specifically with kids. I tolerated it another customer would flip. Generally I have an excellent experience with dis-Chem I always am so happy This is the first time I’ve had a negative experience and I hope it’s the last.
